in memoriam of Nikolay Vatov

The first book of Nikolay Vatov is "Debris of Loneliness". It is published in 1995 by the publishing house "Christo G. Danov" after the manuscript won first prize in the competition of the publisher. The book receives the national award "Southern Spring" in fiction section.

 

His second book, "Ascent to Eden" is released by the publishing house "Stigmaty" a few months before his death. It was previously published in electronic format.

 

Stories of Nikolay Vatov are printed in the journal "FEP", "Literary newspaper" and the press of Plovdiv.

On this web site you can find two of the stories which are not included in the collections - "Fireflies" and "Prophecy".  "Prophecy"is available on the site in English.
